SolaX Power has received EUPD Research's Top Brand PV seal in the Storage category for Germany, adding a second major product category to the company's Top Brand PV recognition in the German market.
The recognition is based on the multi-dimensional assessment framework of the German Installer Monitor 2025/2026. The assessment draws on installer feedback, with Net Promoter Score (NPS) included as one of the KPIs considered in the evaluation.

Among surveyed installers offering SolaX storage solutions, the company recorded an NPS of 83.3. Of those respondents, 83% were classified as promoters and 17% as passive, with no detractors recorded.
NPS measures installers' willingness to recommend a brand or product. In the storage market, that feedback carries particular weight: installers work directly with systems through design, installation and commissioning, and often remain involved in technical support and after-sales service.
"Receiving the Top Brand PV seal for storage is an important milestone for SolaX in Germany," said James Li, General Manager Assistant and Marketing Director at SolaX Power. "We have been building the SolaX brand here for many years, and installer trust has always been central to that. When installers choose to work with our products and are willing to recommend them to their customers, that says a great deal about how the brand is perceived in the market. The NPS of 83.3 is one strong indicator of that trust."
SolaX had previously received EUPD Research's Top Brand PV recognition in Germany in the inverter category. The addition of the Storage seal extends that recognition across two of the company's core residential energy product categories.
That combination is increasingly relevant as residential PV moves toward more integrated systems. Inverters, batteries and energy management are no longer treated as isolated components, while installers are placing greater emphasis on how products work together, how easily they can be commissioned and the level of support available after installation.
"For installers, it is increasingly about the complete system rather than a single product," Li added. "Having the SolaX brand recognized across both inverter and storage is particularly meaningful to us for that reason. Our focus is to give installers a system they can work with confidently, supported by the training, tools and local service they need."
