GREEN MODE

The default level is 6A, in which the EV Charger will only start to charge if generating current reaches 6A, and it never takes electricity from the grid. 


However, there's also another option at the 3A level, where charging begins once the generated current reaches 3A. This mode is capable of purchasing an additional 3A from the grid if needed. This operational mode is designed to maximize the utilization of renewable energy, reducing the cost of purchasing electricity from the grid for clients.

ECO MODE

It helps users to charge at a minimum power rate (set by user). 


When there is surplus energy from PV, it can exceed the minimum power rate to fully utilize the available energy. 

In cases where PV energy is insufficient, it will draw electricity from the grid to maintain the minimum power rate. 


For example, the users set the charging current 16A. If the current from the inverter is only 10A then the rest 

would be taken from the grid as 6A. If the current from the inverter(PV) is 18A, then the Smart EV Charger will 

output 18A.
