SolaX Solar + Storage Solution for Gia Han Plastic Factory

Project Background

As a manufacturing enterprise, Gia Han Plastic requires a consistent electricity supply to support its daily production activities.

To better manage energy costs and reduce reliance on grid electricity, the company sought a solution that could maximize the use of solar energy, optimize electricity consumption during peak hours, and support its long-term sustainability goals.

 SolaX Solution

The project combines solar generation, battery storage, and intelligent energy management through the following system configuration:

• Solar PV: 222 kWp Canadian Solar modules

• Hybrid Inverter: 1 × SolaX AELIO 60 kW

• On-grid Inverter: 1 × SolaX X3-FTH-150K

• Battery Storage: 100 kWh SolaX TB-HR140 system with 7 battery modules

• Energy Management System: 1 × SolaX EMS controller

The integrated solution coordinates solar generation, battery charging and discharging, and grid electricity consumption according to the factory's actual energy demand.

Through intelligent energy management, the system helps improve solar energy utilization, optimize power consumption during peak periods, and provide greater operational flexibility.

Project Benefits

The project is expected to generate approximately 300,000 kWh of clean electricity annually, avoiding an estimated 178 tonnes of CO₂ emissions per year.

By integrating solar PV with battery storage, the system is also designed to reduce grid electricity consumption during peak hours, lower operating costs, and improve overall energy management efficiency.

Beyond energy savings, the solution supports Gia Han Plastic's commitment to greener manufacturing and long-term ESG objectives.
